What quality checks are involved?
Samples are approved before production. Routine inspections are done during manufacturing. Final inspection is done before shipping along with spot checks.
Do I need to order a full container?
No. Depending on your product and order volume, you can choose part-load, mixed-load, or full-container shipping options.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, most products have an MOQ, but the quantity varies by item.
Do shipments always arrive on schedule?
We aim for timely deliveries, but unexpected factors such as vessel delays, weather, or customs procedures may occasionally impact shipping timelines.
What shipping terms do you follow?
We work with your preferred shipping terms, including Free On Board (FOB), Cost and Freight (CFR), and Cost, Insurance & Freight (CIF).
What Brass, SS material grades are used by Alije Group?
IS 319 Grade I/II, BS 2874 CZ121 / CZ122, EN 12164 CW614N / CW617N, ASTM B16 ,C36000 , SS 303, SS 304, SS 316.
Do you provide customization or OEM production?
Yes. We specialize in OEM and custom manufacturing based on customer drawings , samples or CAD models with private labeling and export packaging.

Yes, Alije Group exports to USA, Canada, Australia, UK, France, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Netherlands and World wide.
What surface finishes are available?
Natural brass, nickel, chrome, tin, zinc, silver and gold finishes — each polished to a mirror surface with no burrs or defects.
